Welcome to the FullStackPhilly blog

This is the FullStackPhilly blog. Short version: we build automation for Philadelphia businesses, and this is where we’ll write about it.

The problem we work on

If you run a business, your phone is probably costing you money. Not the bill — the missed calls. Someone calls while you’re on a job, in a showing, or asleep. They hit voicemail. They call the next number on their list, and that lead is gone.

Our flagship setup exists to close that gap. A missed call or a website form gets a text back in seconds. The lead’s questions get answered. The appointment lands on your calendar with a confirmation already sent. You just show up.

And it’s done-for-you, start to finish — we connect your calendar, phone, and email ourselves. No settings pages, no “just follow this 12-step guide.” The setup is the service.

Why a blog

Two reasons.

We like showing our work. A lot of what we build is interesting, and writing it down keeps us honest. Expect the occasional look under the hood.

Clients deserve to know what’s changing. When we ship an improvement or add a capability, it’ll be written up here in plain English — what changed and what it means for you. No release-note jargon.

What you’ll find here

  • Service updates — when something you’re paying for gets better.
  • Company news — milestones and availability, including founding-client spots while those last.
  • Straight answers about automation — what it can actually do for a small business, and just as important, what it can’t. There’s a lot of AI hype out there and a lot of people selling it dishonestly. We’re not interested in either.

We’ll post when there’s something worth saying, not on a schedule. If you’d rather not check back, there’s an RSS feed — and anything that affects existing clients reaches them directly anyway.
